Before you meet
- Check the verified profile — name, photo, work, interests and reviews — and trust your instinct.
- Choose a public, busy place for a first meeting. Keep the exact meeting point inside the app.
- Tell a friend or family member where you’re going, who with, and when you expect to be back.
- Keep everything on Yaarzi: never pay a Raahi directly, and never share card, UPI or OTP details.
- Plan your own way there and back.
During the booking
- You can leave at any time, for any reason. You don’t need to explain.
- Every booking is platonic. No one is entitled to touch you, and no one should ask for anything sexual.
- Keep your phone charged and your belongings with you. Watch your drink.
- If anyone pressures you, makes you uncomfortable or asks for money outside the app, end the meeting.
Afterwards
- Mark the booking complete and leave an honest review — it helps everyone.
- If something went wrong, raise a dispute within the window shown on the booking (currently 72 hours), or report it at any time.
- Block anyone you never want to be matched with again. They won’t be told.
For Raahis
- You see a plan’s area and time before you offer; the exact meeting point only after you’re accepted and paid.
- You can cancel a booking if you feel unsafe — the customer gets a full refund, and we will look into it.
- Report any request for sexual services, or any attempt to move payment off the app. It will be acted on.
