Becoming a Raahi
- You must be 18 or over and complete identity verification.
- Turn on “Offer companionship” in your profile. Turning it on does not verify or approve you.
- You choose which plans to offer on. Nobody is obliged to accept your offer, and you are not obliged to offer.
What we expect
- Follow the Community Standards — above all, every booking is platonic.
- Turn up on time and as described in your profile. Cancel in the app as early as possible if you must.
- Never ask for or accept payment outside Yaarzi, and never share your own or the customer’s contact details to move a booking off the app.
- You may end any booking if you feel unsafe. Tell us afterwards.
Earnings
Each booking shows its total, Yaarzi’s service fee and your share before you’re accepted. On most experiences your share is a fixed percentage of the booking set by Yaarzi; for some (for example, Group Party) the charge is Yaarzi’s service fee and no Raahi share applies. The split that applies is the one shown on the booking.
If a customer cancels late, part of the cancellation fee is paid to you in the same proportion as the booking. If you cancel, the customer is refunded in full and you earn nothing for that booking.
Yaarzi does not guarantee any number of bookings or any level of earnings.
Payouts
Your share is recorded when a booking is completed. It becomes payable after the dispute window shown on the booking (currently 72 hours after completion) closes, and is held if a dispute is raised until it is resolved. Recorded earnings are not a balance you can withdraw.
Payouts are not automated yet. [Describe the payout method (bank/UPI via payout partner), frequency, minimum amount and the KYC details Raahis must provide for payouts].
Tax and legal status
[State, as confirmed by counsel, the legal relationship between Yaarzi and Raahis, who is responsible for income tax, and how TDS and GST apply to Raahi earnings and Yaarzi’s fee].
Reviews and account standing
Customers can review you after a completed booking, and you can review them. Repeated cancellations, no-shows, verified reports or breaches of these terms can lead to warnings, suspension or closure of your account, as described in the Community Standards.
