Is Yaarzi a dating or escort service?
No. Yaarzi is strictly platonic: verified company for activities such as coffee, meals, city walks, darshan, movies and events, in public places only.
Which cities do you cover?
Anywhere in India. Post a request wherever you are, big city or small town. Companions see requests for their home city and for the city they are visiting.
I am visiting a city for a few days. Can I use Yaarzi there?
Yes. Add the city you are visiting and your dates to your profile, then post a request there. Verified companions in that city can offer to join.
How much does it cost?
Each experience has a fixed price, from ₹250 per person per hour for a movie to ₹999 per hour for a casual hangout. You see the full price before you pay. Tickets, food and travel are separate.
Why can I see someone’s profession and interests?
So it is easier to find someone you will get along with. Members choose what to share: profession, languages and interests. Phone numbers, emails and social handles are never shown.
What does the membership include?
For ₹399 a month or ₹3,999 a year you see clear photos and full profiles of verified members, send connection requests, and chat, voice call and video call inside Yaarzi. Chat and calls need a membership on both sides. Coupons for the yearly plan are offered from time to time.
Who can see my photos and details?
Members without a membership see your photos blurred and only your basic card: first name, age, city, a one-line bio and the Verified tag. Members with a membership see your photos clearly and the details you chose to show. You decide, field by field, what is shown to everyone, to members, or to nobody. Your date of birth, phone, email and Aadhaar are never shown.
Do I need a membership to book a meetup?
No. Meetups are separate: you pay per meetup at a fixed price. The membership is only for the Social section (clear photos, full profiles, chat and calls). Chat and calls are not free.
Can I look around before signing up?
Yes. Explore every service, companion and price without an account. Create your profile when you want to book or connect; verification (Aadhaar via DigiLocker and Live Face Verification) is part of creating it.
What is the Senior companion service?
Friendly company for your parents or grandparents: visits, conversation, walks, the temple or going along to appointments, for ₹349 an hour or as a monthly plan. It is companionship, not nursing or medical care. Only specially approved companions take these visits, with check-in, check-out and a note to the family after each visit.
How do companions earn?
Companions receive 60% of each booking and Yaarzi keeps 40% as its service fee. Payouts are released after the meetup is completed.
How does verification work?
While creating your profile you verify your Aadhaar through DigiLocker (we receive only what DigiLocker shares, never your Aadhaar number in full) and complete Live Face Verification, which is matched to it. It takes a few minutes.
When is a companion paid?
Your payment is held by Yaarzi. The companion is paid after the meetup is completed and the short dispute window has passed.
How do I cancel a meetup?
Open the booking and choose Cancel. Refunds follow the Cancellation & Refunds policy; the earlier you cancel, the more you get back.
How do I cancel my membership?
From your account, choose Membership and Cancel. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Someone made me uncomfortable. What do I do?
Leave if you feel unsafe and call 112 in an emergency. Then report them from the booking or their profile. Our safety team reviews every report, and serious reports lead to an immediate suspension.
